Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made from IluminaOps Solutions LLC (“IluminaOps,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through our website, payment links, invoices, order forms, or other approved payment methods.

By purchasing any service from IluminaOps Solutions LLC, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you have signed a separate client agreement with IluminaOps Solutions LLC, the terms of that signed agreement will control in the event of any conflict between the agreement and this policy.

1. General Refund Policy

All purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by IluminaOps Solutions LLC.

Our services involve reserved time, strategic preparation, operational planning, review of client-submitted materials, and/or access to professional expertise. Because of the nature of these services, payment is considered earned upon receipt unless otherwise stated in a signed written agreement.

IluminaOps Solutions LLC does not provide refunds due to:

  • Change of mind

  • Failure to use the purchased service

  • Failure to submit requested materials, access, feedback, questions, approvals, or decisions

  • Dissatisfaction with strategy, recommendations, or professional guidance

  • Missed calls, late arrivals, or no-shows

  • Delays caused by the client

  • Perceived incomplete work where the client failed to participate, provide information, or follow the agreed process

  • Lack of implementation or results after services are provided

Any exception to this policy is made solely at the discretion of IluminaOps Solutions LLC.

2. Brilliance Partnership

The Brilliance Partnership is a month-to-month client services partnership governed by a signed Client Services Agreement.

The Brilliance Partnership begins when the Client Services Agreement is signed, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payments for the Brilliance Partnership are non-refundable and considered fully earned once received because services, strategy, availability, and operational support are reserved in advance.

Clients may not withhold payment due to dissatisfaction with services, perceived incomplete work, pending deliverables, unused support, or delays caused by the client.

3. Brilliance Partnership Cancellation

Clients may cancel the Brilliance Partnership by providing thirty (30) days’ written notice to IluminaOps Solutions LLC at:

The 30-day notice period begins when written notice is received by IluminaOps Solutions LLC.

During the 30-day notice period, the client remains responsible for all fees owed under the signed Client Services Agreement, whether or not the client continues to use the services.

During any cancellation or transition period, services may be limited to wrap-up, documentation, handoff, and reasonable transition support related to work already in progress. No new projects, initiatives, expanded scope, or additional tasks will be accepted during the transition period unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. No Pauses, Rollovers, Credits, or Extensions

The Brilliance Partnership may not be paused unless expressly approved in writing by IluminaOps Solutions LLC.

Unused calls, unused support, unused service capacity, or unused time do not roll over into future months and do not create a refund, credit, extension, or discount.

If a client delays access, feedback, content, approvals, decisions, or other materials needed for IluminaOps Solutions LLC to perform services, the client remains responsible for payment. Client delays do not create grounds for refund, credit, rollover, or nonpayment.

5. Illumination Intensive

The Illumination Intensive is non-refundable upon purchase.

Payment reserves time on the IluminaOps calendar and includes preparation, review, strategy, and the scheduled intensive session. Because preparation may begin before the live call, no refunds are available after purchase.

The Illumination Intensive must be scheduled and completed within thirty (30) days of payment unless otherwise approved in writing by IluminaOps Solutions LLC.

6. Illumination Intensive Rescheduling, Late Arrival, and No-Show Policy

Rescheduling is permitted only with approval from IluminaOps Solutions LLC.

Clients must request rescheduling at least twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled intensive call. Only one reschedule is allowed.

If a client fails to attend the scheduled intensive call, the payment and session slot are forfeited. No refund, credit, or additional reschedule will be provided.

If a client arrives late to the intensive call, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. Late arrival does not extend the session or create a refund, credit, or partial refund.

If a client fails to schedule, respond, or use the Illumination Intensive within thirty (30) days of payment, the payment is forfeited and no refund, credit, or extension will be provided.

IluminaOps Solutions LLC reserves the right to cancel an Illumination Intensive and issue a refund at its sole discretion.

7. Ask Mandy: Clarity for the Chaos

Ask Mandy: Clarity for the Chaos is an asynchronous support service provided through email, text-style support, or another written communication method approved by IluminaOps Solutions LLC.

This service is non-refundable upon purchase.

The thirty (30) day support period begins immediately when payment is received.

Because this is not a live-call service, there are no reschedules.

It is the client’s responsibility to submit questions, materials, requests, or items for review during the 30-day support period. If the client submits only the initial onboarding form or fails to submit additional items for review during the 30-day period, the service period will still expire at the end of the 30 days.

Unused support does not roll over and does not create a refund, credit, extension, or discount.

8. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing timely information, access, materials, logins, decisions, approvals, and feedback needed for IluminaOps Solutions LLC to perform services.

Failure to provide requested materials or participate in the service process does not excuse payment and does not create a refund, credit, extension, or rollover.

9. Provider Right to Refuse, Cancel, or Discontinue Service

IluminaOps Solutions LLC reserves the right to refuse, cancel, pause, or discontinue services at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations involving:

  • Nonpayment

  • Failure to comply with company policies

  • Abusive, rude, disrespectful, threatening, or inappropriate behavior

  • Misalignment between the client’s needs and IluminaOps Solutions LLC’s services

  • Misuse of services

  • Failure to provide necessary access, materials, or cooperation

  • Violation of any signed agreement, policy, or applicable law

If IluminaOps Solutions LLC elects to cancel a service and issue a refund, the refund amount and method will be determined at the sole discretion of

IluminaOps Solutions LLC unless otherwise required by law or a signed agreement.

10. Processing Fees

If IluminaOps Solutions LLC elects to issue a refund, payment processing fees are not guaranteed to be refunded and may be deducted from any refund amount.

11. Refund Method

Any approved refund will be issued only to the original payment method used for purchase unless otherwise required by law.

IluminaOps Solutions LLC will not issue refunds to a different card, account, person, platform, or payment method.

12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By purchasing from IluminaOps Solutions LLC, you agree to contact us first at [email protected] to resolve any billing concern before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Chargebacks are prohibited unless required by applicable law. Any attempted chargeback for a valid, non-refundable payment may be treated as a breach of this policy and any applicable signed agreement.

Clients who have signed a separate Client Services Agreement are also subject to the chargeback and dispute resolution provisions in that agreement.

13. No Guaranteed Results

Refunds are not provided based on lack of results, lack of implementation, business performance, revenue, profit, lead generation, conversion rates, productivity improvements, operational changes, or any other outcome.

IluminaOps Solutions LLC provides strategic, operational, and implementation support, but results depend on many factors outside of our control, including client participation, implementation, market conditions, business model, team capacity, technology, timing, and decision-making.
