4. Signed Agreements

Certain services may require a signed written agreement.

If you sign a separate agreement with IluminaOps Solutions LLC, that agreement will govern the specific services covered by the agreement.

In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed written agreement, the signed agreement will control unless otherwise stated in a later written and signed amendment.

5. Payments

You agree to pay all fees associated with the services or offers you purchase.

Payments may be collected through Stripe, GoHighLevel, invoice, payment link, order form, automatic payment, or another approved payment method.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize IluminaOps Solutions LLC or its payment processor to charge the applicable amount.

6. Recurring Billing

Some services, including the Brilliance Partnership, may involve recurring monthly billing.

If you authorize recurring billing, you authorize IluminaOps Solutions LLC and/or its payment processor to charge your payment method according to the billing terms provided at purchase, on the invoice, or in the signed agreement.

For Brilliance Partnership cancellations, clients must provide thirty (30) days’ written notice to [email protected], unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement.

Cancellation does not relieve the client of payment obligations incurred before or during the required notice period.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

All refunds, cancellations, missed sessions, rescheduling, unused support, client delays, and chargeback issues are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and any applicable signed agreement.

By purchasing from IluminaOps Solutions LLC, you agree to review and comply with the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

You agree to contact IluminaOps Solutions LLC at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Chargebacks are prohibited unless required by applicable law. If you initiate a chargeback for a valid payment, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback, provide evidence of your purchase and agreement to these Terms, suspend or terminate services, and pursue any available remedies.

Clients who have signed a separate Client Services Agreement are also subject to the chargeback and dispute resolution provisions in that agreement.

9. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing timely, accurate, and complete information, access, materials, feedback, approvals, and decisions needed for IluminaOps Solutions LLC to perform services.

Client delays, lack of participation, failure to provide access, failure to submit materials, or failure to implement recommendations do not create grounds for refund, credit, rollover, extension, or nonpayment.

You are responsible for your own business decisions, implementation, operations, results, and compliance obligations.

10. No Guaranteed Results

IluminaOps Solutions LLC does not guarantee any specific result, outcome, revenue, profit, lead generation, conversion rate, efficiency improvement, business growth, cost savings, operational result, or other business outcome.

Any examples, testimonials, case studies, metrics, or client results are provided for informational and illustrative purposes only and do not guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.

Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your business model, market, offers, pricing, audience, implementation, team, technology, timing, capacity, and decision-making.

11. Not Legal, Financial, Tax, or Accounting Advice

IluminaOps Solutions LLC provides strategic, operational, systems, and implementation support.

We do not provide legal, financial, tax, investment, accounting, employment, compliance, or professional licensing advice.

You are responsible for consulting qualified professionals regarding legal, financial, tax, accounting, employment, compliance, or other regulated matters.

12. Intellectual Property
